Destiny Couriers International is a highly experienced global logistics provider, offering established routes, trusted networks, and industry expertise you can rely on. Whether you already ship worldwide or are looking to access the global marketplace for the first time, we are here to support your business every step of the way.
Our knowledge and established channels enable us to deliver fast, reliable solutions, while also guiding you through the complexities of international shipping. We ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are handled correctly, no matter the destination.

We offer a full range of services to suit your needs—from large or bulky shipments requiring dedicated haulage, to ultra-urgent, secure deliveries that must arrive as quickly as possible. Every shipment is fully trackable and includes proof of delivery as standard.

Since the UK’s departure from the EU, customs documentation is required for all goods leaving the country. Our team provides full support in preparing and managing these requirements, ensuring your shipments move smoothly across borders without delay.

Commercial Invoice Requirements

To ensure your shipment clears customs efficiently and reaches its destination without delay, it is essential that your commercial invoice is completed accurately and in full. Missing or incorrect information is one of the most common causes of customs delays.

Required information

Shipment Details

If your shipment contains multiple items and additional space is required, you may include a separate sheet with a full breakdown attached to the invoice.

Incoterms (Delivery Terms)

Incoterms define who is responsible for duties, taxes, and shipping costs.

Unless otherwise instructed, shipments will be sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all duties and taxes are covered prior to delivery, ensuring a smoother process for the recipient.

Documentation Requirements

Commodity Codes (HS Codes)

Commodity codes—also known as HS (Harmonised System) or tariff codes—are used globally to classify goods for customs purposes.
